Quality level of full flow passing through the oil purifier at one time:
1. Insulation strength: the insulation strength can be increased to 70kv, reaching the new oil standard.
2. Water removal: after primary filtration, the water content decreases from 50ppm to below 5ppm; After secondary filtration, it drops to 3ppm. (measured according to d-1533 method of ASTM standard)
3. Degassing: reduce the full saturation content of air (10-12% of volume) to less than 0.1% of volume (measured according to d-2945 method of ASTM standard)
4. Particle removal: 98% of particles above 0.5 microns or particles above 1 or 5 microns can be cleaned according to user requirements

Process and technology
1. Oil spraying:
Transformer oil filter is the key link to quickly remove water and gas pollution. It adopts a multi-air medium filter cartridge called coalescer. In this process, heated or unheated oil passes through the bonded glass fiber layer, and thousands of sharp edges of glass fiber cut the oil to make it fully exposed to vacuum. The oil is sprayed through the coalescer, which improves the filtration efficiency. Oil treatment can be carried out even if the oil temperature is only 20 ° C.
2. Oil filtration:
The filter element is composed of non migrating fiber material, which is characterized by large surface area and strong pollution interception ability. The outstanding characteristics of filter element type filter are low filtering cost, simple and rapid replacement of filter element, no loss of oil and no backwashing time.
